Job summary

Mencap in Gainsborough is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities across two supported living services. You will support daily living tasks, promote independence, and encourage participation in community activities to enrich lives.

The role includes personal care, meal prep, household duties and occasional sleep-in shifts. The team emphasises person-centred support and building meaningful relationships with those we serve.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required
