Job summary

Mencap in Spalding is seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to help people live independent lives.

You will assist with daily activities, personal care, meals, laundry and domestic tasks, and support people to participate in community activities. This is a part‑time role with regular opportunities to pick up additional shifts; sleep‑in shifts are included; day shifts run across 7:00am–10:00pm with regular weekend work.

• Provide practical support with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Assist with meals, laundry and household chores to keep a comfortable home.
• Support people to engage in community activities and outings.
