Real Life Options in Glenrothes is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support in the community and in service settings. You will help people live the life they choose, promoting independence, dignity, and choice.

You will work as part of a friendly team, delivering practical care, accompanying individuals to appointments, and maintaining accurate records. A PVG check is required, and flexible, compassionate applicants are invited to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, medications, cooking and household tasks

• Maintain clear and accurate records
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, families and professionals
• Promote physical activity such as walking and games
• Assist with budgeting and money management activities
