National Care Group is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker for Integra Caewern Lodge in the UK. You will support young adults with complex needs, building trust and promoting independence through practical assistance and meaningful activities.

You will plan tasks, assist with personal care and medications, and accompany residents on outings. A caring attitude, resilience, and teamwork are essential as you help individuals reach their goals and live more independently.

Qualifications

• You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
• You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
