The Willows in Leatherhead is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help residents live fuller, more independent lives in our supported living home. You’ll assist with daily routines, activities, and personal care in a compassionate, structured environment.

Role requires a full UK manual driving licence and the right to work in the UK. We offer guaranteed hours, paid training and a supportive team, with access to pay when you need it.

• Excellent communication and empathy in care.
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.
• Respect for privacy and dignity of residents.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines for residents.
