Community Integrated Care is seeking a caring Support Worker to help three ladies live life to the fullest in a supportive home environment. We are an award-winning charity committed to person-centred care, with no uniforms and guaranteed weekly shifts.

You will assist with daily living, medication and personal care, promote independence and help with appointments and finances while building real connections. We value patience, empathy and reliability in every colleague.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is valued but not required; we hire for values.

Responsibilities

• Support three ladies with daily living to promote independence.
• Assist with home tasks, personal care and medications as needed.
• Support appointments and finances and encourage activity.
• Help with everyday activities like gardening, cooking and socialising.
