Community Integrated Care is hiring a Support Worker to help diverse adults live their daily lives with dignity and choice. You will work closely with a Service Leader and team to deliver person-centred support, building strong connections with the individuals we support and their families.

No uniform requirement and a supportive leadership team. Day and night shifts are available with guaranteed hours and 4–6 weeks advance rotas.

• No formal qualifications required; values-based hiring.

• Supporting with personal care.

• Home management including cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management.
