• Experience with people with learning disabilities is desirable.

• Deliver great quality individualised support to adults with diverse needs.
• Empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity and well-being.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights as required.
