Job summary

Voyage Care is looking for a compassionate Support Worker for Bramley Ave in Melbourn. You will help residents gain independence, assist with personal care, and support them to access community activities, socialise, and learn daily living skills within a caring team.

Shifts include mornings and evenings with enhanced pay opportunities for overtime, evenings, and weekends. DBS checks and references are required as part of our standard vetting process.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence (DL) required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Work within a dynamic team to support residents.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage access to local communities and social activities.
• Lead engaging activities, outings, and crafts.
