Job summary

Agincare in Frome is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities live independently and thrive in their community. You’ll provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines, and join activities from days out in the community to holidays.

You’ll work as part of a values-led team, with full training funded up to QCF Level 5 and clear career development opportunities. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach to support with learning disabilities.
• Team-oriented attitude with reliability and consistency.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
