Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking Support Workers to join our teams across Supported Living services in Beverley and nearby areas. You will help adults in their own homes and in the community to live as independently as possible, guided by personalised care plans.

We provide learning and development, rewards for long service, and a refer-a-friend scheme. The role is paid at £12.71 per hour, equating to about £27,758.64 per year for a 42-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life per care plans.
• Keep individuals safe and report safeguarding concerns.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care.
• Be a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
