Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Support Worker for Bedwardine Court, Worcester. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and brain injuries, providing personal care and promoting independence in a trusted home setting.

Role requires flexibility of shifts on a rota across a 7-day week, training is provided, and the compensation includes DBS cover and rewards. Applicants should be motivated to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and proactive support workers.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
• Willingness to work on a rota across 7 days.
