Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to care for a gentleman in East Preston (BN16, West Sussex). You will provide person-centred daily living support, assist with physiotherapy, and help with hydrotherapy in his home pool.

Although his verbal communication is limited, he can say a few words and enjoys the company of positive, friendly people who take the time to understand him.He certainly enjoys keeping busy! He's a big fan of rugby, football and, of course, Kylie Minogue! He loves getting out and about, whether that's attending concerts, visiting the cinema or enjoying other social activities.**Shifts Available :*** Day Shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pmIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
