Dimensions is hiring a dedicated Support Worker in Crowthorne (RG45). You will assist two ladies and two gentlemen aged 40s-60s with learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism, helping them live more independently and engage in meaningful activities.

The role involves personal care, daily living support and companionship in a warm home. Training is provided, and the team values empathy, reliability and teamwork to make a real difference daily.
