Job description

We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care for our CygnetYorkshire Supported Living service based in Huddersfield

We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. This specialist service supports individuals who may have been previously detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement with in the local community.

You'll be working full time, 42 hours a week, covering 12 hour shifts including alternate weekends, and must be be a driver.

This requirement is due to a genuine occupational need; you will not be using your own vehicle and will be using a service vehicle.
