This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts and requires driving a service vehicle. Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care for our Cygnet Yorkshire Supported Living service based in Huddersfield. This role supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. The service supports individuals who may have been previously detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement within the local community.
You'll be working full time, 42 hours a week, covering 12 hour shifts including alternate weekends, and must be a driver. This requirement is due to a genuine occupational need; you will not be using your own vehicle and will be using a service vehicle.
