You don’t need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our Support Worker roles at our Residential Service in King's Norton.
This is a permanent role with both Part time and Full time contracts available, working up to 37.5 hours per week. As a Support Worker, you will receive £11.75 per hour / £22,913 per annum FTE.
As a Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals at the home who are deafblind, have visual and/or hearing impairments, complex needs, and learning disabilities.
A full manual UK license and willingness to drive are required, as we need to take the people we support to do activities outside of the home.
