Both car drivers and non-drivers are welcome, with transport support available. No prior experience is needed – full training is provided to help candidates succeed. About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in North Lanarkshire Council Area in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, including seniors, young adults, and those with specific health conditions such as dementia. This position requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through various support services.

  • Assisting our supported persons in all aspects of their daily life, including personal care and hygiene in their homes
  • Support individuals with dementia care, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Meal preparation and medication prompts
  • Domestic duties and companionship
  • Supporting independence and wellbeing
  • Accurate record-keeping and reporting
  • Engage in recreational activities with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
