Job description

As a Support Worker, working alongside the Senior Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in helping customers on their path to recovery. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and have the energy and enthusiasm to provide support. If you have previous experience working with homeless or socially excluded individuals and a good understanding of safeguarding issues, we encourage you to apply.

In this role you will:
  1. Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide trauma-informed care.
  2. Work in a small professional team within a friendly and supportive environment.
  3. Receive full training in trauma-informed approaches, managing mental health, substance misuse, and accommodation services.
  4. Liaise with external providers to access services that support our customers.
