Support Worker Days – Barnsley

Ivy Mead, Littleworth Lane, Lundwood, Barnsley, S71 5RG

Are you ready to make a difference as a residential support worker? If you're seeking a role with a better work-life balance, we want to hear from you.

Currently, we are offering full-time shifts (37.5 hours) in Barnsley S71. Shifts are 7.5 hours, including a mix of Early (07:30-15:00) and Late (14:30-22:00) shifts. You will be required to work 3 weekends out of 4.

Responsibilities as a Residential Support Worker

• Supporting adults with complex needs to promote independence and positive outcomes
• Engaging in activities, cooking, personal care, and community interactions
• Providing practical and emotional support to help individuals achieve their goals
• Participating in planning and coordinating activities
• Implementing support plans and working with other agencies
• Completing records and documentation to regulatory standards

Due to the nature of our work with vulnerable adults, this role requires an enhanced DBS check.
