About Ty Cwm: Located in a peaceful wooded area near Carmarthen, Ty Cwm is home for 20 adults with physical disabilities. We are close to attractions like the National Botanic Gardens of Wales and Millennium Coastal Park.

As a Support Worker at Ty Cwm, you will join a dedicated team committed to making a difference. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care, using the latest technology to enable more meaningful interactions with service users. We focus on delivering compassionate, person-centered support, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence.
