Job Title: Support Worker (2:1 Support - Complex Needs) Location: Trowbridge Salary: £13.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking two compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide 2:1 support for a gentleman with complex needs in Trowbridge. He has been blind since birth, is on the autistic spectrum, and lives with mild to moderate learning disabilities. He may also display behaviours that challenge, requiring consistent, person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent 2:1 support tailored to the individual's needs
  • Promote independence through daily living skills and community access
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Support with communication, sensory needs, and emotional regulation
