Support Worker Position at Bobbins, Wiltshire (Swindon)

Bobbins is a residential service for adults with learning or physical disabilities. We promote richer lives, personal development, and community integration. Our goal is to help each person feel safe, happy, and empowered to live their best life.

Working Details:

• Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Full-time hours: 36 hours per week.
• Day shifts.
• Shift pattern: 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 22:00.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with daily activities.
• Assisting with care plans to establish routines.
• Ensuring clients feel safe and stable.
• Providing personal care.*
• Administering medication (if required).
• Supporting clients with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids such as hoists, wheelchairs, and modified bathing equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organizational, time management, planning, and communication skills.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Reliable with full attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-confidence and ability to handle challenging situations.
