Job summary

The Lodge, Swallownest, is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex needs at a busy learning disability service. You’ll help people live their best lives, working in a home-like environment and reporting to care leadership.

We offer induction, buddy and ongoing training programmes, with benefits and a supportive team culture focused on fun, integrity and teamwork across Exemplar Health Care. Training is provided to all new colleagues.

Contract type: 1 x 36 hour contract & 1 x 42 hour contract

Rate: £12.71 per hour (£12.81 on completion of Exemplar Care Certificate)
