Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Beckly House in Shelf, Halifax. You’ll work full-time on a 42-hour week with 12-hour shifts, alternate weekends, providing person-centred care to people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Be part of a specialist residential service offering development opportunities, rewards, and wellbeing support. DBS check required; location in West Yorkshire.

• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
• Support service users to access the community, attend work, college, hobbies & activities, days out & holidays.
• Support service users to grow, develop & learn through engaging them in tasks such as cooking & cleaning.

You'll be working full time42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beckly House.

Beckly is a specialist residential service in Shelf, Halifax - West Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
