About the Role

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, £24,050 - £25,012 per annum.

Night Sleeping rate £75 per night, weekend hourly rate £14.50 - £15.00. These are paid in addition to the salary, but not expected.

We are a small expanding provider with strong core values. We work closely with the individuals we support and hold their wishes and beliefs at the core of our service delivery. We currently have a vacancy within one of our well-established teams based in Thornton-Cleveleys.

We have a low staff turnover as we believe it is equally important to invest in our staff as much as the people we support. We have access to both internal and external training which is available on point of entry.

In return, we are looking for individuals who have experience supporting adults with severe autism and complex behavioral needs. We seek individuals passionate about this sector, motivated by providing quality service, and eager to develop their career pathways.
