Job summary

Autism Pathways is seeking dedicated Support Workers for day shifts in Birkenhead to help adults with autism and complex needs live safer, more independent lives.

The role involves promoting wellbeing, delivering person-centred support, building trusting relationships, and collaborating with a supportive team to help clients reach personal goals. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence; sponsorship is not provided and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must have a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive as part of the role.
  • Passion for supporting others and creating positive impact.
  • Calm, confident approach to handling challenging situations.
  • Flexible to work long day shifts, including weekends.
  • Care experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Willingness to complete a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care if not already achieved.
