A leading provider of complex care in Wales is seeking a Support Worker to support clients with complex health needs in their homes. You will assist with personal care, medication, and clinical tasks. Flexibility in shifts is required, with opportunities for training and development. Hourly pay can reach up to £13.50 depending on qualifications and experience.

Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

We’d like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients\' homes to cover shifts in the Cardiff, Swansea, Merthyr Tydfill, Aberystwyth, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy areas.

Responsibilities
  • Work across packages of care in the Cardiff, Swansea, Merthyr, Tydfill, Aberystwyth, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy areas to support clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
  • Support with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and the management of clinical equipment.
  • Help to cover existing client shifts and assist in starting new care packages.
