Transforming Support Coulsdon is seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker to join the team at Chipstead Court, Coulsdon. The role offers full-time, permanent hours with day or night shifts and a rolling two-week rota.

You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, promoting independence and daily living skills. Applicants should have at least six months’ care experience, a respectful approach, and solid communication.

Formación

• At least six months’ care or support experience.
• Commitment to independence, dignity and choice.
• Calm, respectful, reliable and responsible approach.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Confidence supporting adults with complex needs.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow plans.
• Availability for the rolling two week shift pattern.
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and health and safety.
