We are looking for Support Workers to join our specialist residential service at Copperclay Mews in Easingwold.

Salary: £12.42 - £13.66 per hour

Support Workers support people with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and help them access new experiences. The role is rewarding, challenging, and offers a high level of job satisfaction. You will be part of a team committed to providing high-quality support, safeguarding, and promoting the needs of those we support.

We seek Support Workers with a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing, caring, and calm when needed. Experience is not necessary; sharing our values and having the right attitude are what matter. We provide first-class training and support your development into a Qualified Support Worker and beyond. The role involves a fixed rota of 4 days on and 2 days off, with shifts in the mornings and afternoons:

• Earliest shift: 07:15 - 14:45
• Afternoon shift: 14:15 - 21:45

This is a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference in the lives of residents at Copperclay Mews.

About You

No prior experience is required, but sharing our values and having a positive attitude are essential. We will support your career progression, including your Level 2 qualification to become a fully qualified Support Worker.
