Location: Walfinch, Norwich and Attleborough area

Complex care position – Norwich

We are looking for FEMALE ONLY Support Workers to work within a family setting. Experience not essential.

You will be working 2 - 1 with the client, who has complex care needs. You will promote independence, safety, and wellbeing.

We are looking for females only, and due to location drivers only.

You must have excellent communication skills, and record documentations accurately, think on your feet and follow policies and procedures.

Confidentiality is vital in with this package as this is working within a client’s home.

Must have lived in the UK for the last six months

About The Role

In return we will offer you:

  • Working in a friendly environment.
  • Full training provided on induction and throughout your career with us.
  • Advise, support on undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving

of meals.

  • Support on undertake household duties if required.
  • Administer medication as per a Care Plan and MAR chart. (Full training given)
  • Very competitive hourly rates from £14.00 per hour up to £16.25
  • Bank holiday enhancements.
  • £150 Referral program incentive.
  • Guaranteed hours available
  • Contracts available if required
  • 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
  • Free DBS, uniform and PPE all provided.
  • On call support available 7 days a week, 360 days of the year!

Please note this position requires every other weekend availability.
