About the Role :

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. You’ll provide personalized care, foster independence, and contribute to an inclusive society. Flexibility is essential as shifts occur on both weekdays and weekends.

While experience is ideal, we also welcome candidates who have cared for loved ones or family members, or those returning to the workforce or seeking a career change. Must be willing to do Personal Care or be willing to learn how to provide this kind of care.

• Support individuals in various settings (home, community, Aruma hubs, respite houses).
