About the Role :
You are a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker with full and flexible availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays. Join our team in a casual capacity, with the potential to transition to a permanent part-time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :
- Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
- Assisting clients in daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
- Promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
About You :
