Job summary

Elwood Recruitment are recruiting for Support Workers in Chorleywood to work in residential homes providing 24 hour care to adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks, activities and engage with community opportunities.

You will contribute to a safe, enabling environment, support with shopping, arts and crafts, music, and helping residents maintain independence. Flexible shifts (earlies, lates, long days and waking nights) offer excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
• Minimum 6 months care sector experience
• Reliable with flexible, shift-based work
• Commitment to safeguarding and well-being

About the role:
