Do you enjoy working with children and young adults?

We’re looking for outgoing, active and dynamic individuals with a can-do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life!

As a children and young adult support worker, you’ll be flexible to support across a week. This can include weekends, support after school and in the school holidays. Lots of fun and engaging activities are planned for the people we support such as surfing, BBQ beach days and swimming.

The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include taking someone for a sports lesson or help parents during the school holidays. You may need to support with personal care and medication needs.

Full UK driving license required.

Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.

Time to complete training is paid.

We cover the cost of DBS checks.

Rotas are planned in advance.
