A children's residential provider in Swansea is seeking an Experienced Childrens Support Worker. This role involves supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties in a therapeutic setting. Candidates should have experience in therapeutic models and must hold or be willing to pursue a Level 3 qualification in the Children and Young Peoples Workforce. The position offers competitive pay and flexible shifts.

This therapeutic provision houses 4 children and young people between the ages of 11 – 18, who have been diagnosed with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health), or complex trauma needs.
Our residential provider adopts an ethos that is child focused, while understanding that children will thrive when they feel safe and secure. A focus on providing consistency and continuity, ensuring at all times that children’s wishes are heard and respected.
