Job description

Please note that we are not able to offer sponsorship or work with anyone who can only work 20 hours.

We are looking for passionate Children's Support Workers who are available to work on a Temp to Perm basis.

As a Children's Support Worker, you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times and support the Young Persons' emotional wellbeing. You will help support service users in maximising their choices, rights, and decisions.

The successful candidate must have:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People (great but not essential)
  • 6 months experience working in a similar setting
  • An empathetic, non-judgemental, and calm personality
  • A dedicated, committed, and can-do attitude
