Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a caring Support Worker to help people live independently and with dignity. You will support with daily tasks, personal care, and community activities, building meaningful relationships to boost confidence and wellbeing.

No two days are the same in this role, and you’ll receive ongoing training, guidance from experienced managers, and opportunities to develop a long-term career with a large national organisation.

• Providing tailored care and support to meet each person’s needs and aspirations.
