What we offer:
  • Location: Bidford-On-Avon, Warwickshire
  • Salary: £ per hour, increasing to £ per hour (base rate £ + holiday pay) from 1st October 2024
  • Working hours: Mix of early, late, and weekend shifts
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% extra for key dates over Christmas

Responsibilities:

Every day brings new experiences—from assisting with weekly shopping to outdoor activities, personal care, attending events, teaching money management, and supporting independence. Your role is to help individuals discover new interests, reach goals, and maintain relationships.

You will provide high-quality care tailored to each person's needs, supporting tasks like medication management, meal preparation, confidence building, and exploring new adventures. Flexibility in shifts will help balance your work and personal life.

Note: Public transport to our service is limited. A driving license and access to a car, or assistance with transportation, would be beneficial.
