Support Worker – Swansea – Full time – 40.25 hours a week - £11.60 to £12.50 an hour

Cartref Mynydd is located near the stunning Gower Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty with sandy beaches, rugged cliffs, and charming coastal villages. Our residents often enjoy activities like hiking, swimming, trampolining, cinema visits, and day trips to the beach.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a compassionate and caring nature with a desire to make a positive impact;
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Are resilient and patient, adaptable to individual needs;
  • Are willing to learn and follow team guidance;
  • Have basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication;
  • Are flexible to work shifts, including weekends and occasional nights;
  • Driving license is advantageous but not essential.

Note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
