We are a large care company that still maintains a warm family feel, with great support networks including regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. We keep our homes small for that personal touch and to ensure a person-centered approach for each resident. We encourage feedback from staff to help us grow and stay connected with those providing the hands-on care.
Our goal is to support residents to live as independently as possible. We provide excellent training to ensure staff have the skills needed to support our residents in living safe, structured, and fulfilling lives.
Bole Aller is a registered care home with 23 beds, currently caring for 19 residents. We would love you to join our team.
We are seeking committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, regardless of experience. No prior care experience is necessary, as full training is provided, and NVQ will be offered upon passing probation.
Our staff support adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community activities, and managing some challenging behaviors.
Our residents require care 24/7, so weekend work is necessary, but responsibilities are shared to provide free weekends. Shift patterns are 7.5 hours. There are opportunities for enhanced pay through overtime, though this is not mandatory.
Driving is an advantage but not essential.
