Do you want to leave work every day feeling like you have made a difference? Made someone’s day? Do you want to feel valued and make others feel the same? If so, Allied Care is the opportunity you have been looking for. Ashgables is waiting to hear from you.

We are a large care company that still maintains a warm family feel, with great support networks including regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring. We keep our homes small for a personal touch and to ensure a person-centered approach. We encourage feedback from staff to continue growing as a care provider and to stay connected with those who provide hands-on care.

Our goal is to support residents to live as independently as possible. We provide great training opportunities to equip our staff with the skills needed to help residents live safe, structured, and fulfilling lives.

Ashgables is a registered care home with 24 beds, currently housing 18 residents who receive support from our friendly staff. We would love you to join our team.

We are seeking committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, regardless of experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our staff support adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community activities, and managing some challenging behaviors.

Our clients require 24/7 care; therefore, weekend work is required but shared to provide some free weekends, ensuring continuous support for residents. Shift patterns are 12-hour shifts. We offer part-time contracts with the potential for enhanced overtime rates, though this is not mandatory.

Driving is an advantage but not essential.
