We are seeking committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, regardless of experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community activities, and managing challenging behaviors.

As our residents require 24/7 care, weekend work is necessary, but it is shared to give some free weekends. Shift patterns are 7.5 hours. Part-time contracts are available with the possibility of enhanced rates over time, although this is not mandatory.

Driving is an advantage but not essential.
