Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Cannock, Staffordshire

Position: Permanent

Pay Rate: £13 per hour

Shift Pattern: 12-hour blocked shifts (Days and Nights)

About the Role:

At Komplex Community, we are dedicated to enabling individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be providing high-quality care and support to people with various needs, helping them live fulfilling independent lives.
