We are looking for Support Workers to join our team at our service in Bury St Edmunds! We offer full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time (20 hours per week) positions. Rota planning is done at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.

No experience is necessary; a positive attitude and willingness to support people with learning disabilities are what we value. We provide comprehensive training to help you become an outstanding Support Worker, supporting individuals to live their best lives and enjoy life to the fullest.

About our services

The role involves supporting individuals both socially and domestically. Activities include supporting outings like going to the theatre, shopping, dining out, or visiting family, as well as assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and gardening. Personal support includes helping with bathroom/shower routines, dressing, mobility assistance (using wheelchairs or hoists), hair styling, eating, drinking, and medication management. We work creatively to support individuals in making their own choices and living independently.
