Lifeways Group in Nottingham is hiring dedicated Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities live more independently in a vibrant Bulwell service. You’ll provide daily living support, encouragement, and person-centred care to enable meaningful participation in everyday activities.

Shift Patterns

Full-Time (35 hours per week)

Shifts between 7:00am–10pm (on a rota basis)

About The Role

Our Bulwell service is a vibrant residential setting that supports adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. You’ll play a key role in empowering individuals in all aspects of their daily lives—helping them achieve their goals, build confidence, and enjoy greater independence.

Whether you have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, or you're new to care but driven by a desire to help others, we’ll provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive in a rewarding career.
