Liaise East Anglia is seeking compassionate Support Workers or Care Assistants to join a brand-new home supporting 5 individuals with complex needs. You’ll provide daily assistance, encourage independence and ensure a safe, happy environment.

The role offers full training, a £500 bonus scheme on joining and opportunities to develop within a caring team. DBS check is required and applications from all backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily tasks using training provided.
• Support in day-to-day life; such as social visits, family visits and days out to local attractions.
• Keep paperwork up to date for each person in the home.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and external organisations to support residents.
