What you'll be doing:

Support individuals with daily tasks, planning, outdoor activities, personal care, confidence building, and social skills. Support their interests, goals, and relationships.

You will provide high-quality care, listening to their needs, assisting with medication, cooking, and encouraging independence and new experiences.

Due to limited public transport, having a driving license and access to a car is preferred, or be able to arrange transportation.
