Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enrich the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do.

Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity, and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.

We have strong values and are proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over national and regional awards!

We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support, and in return, we invest in pay, recognition, wellbeing, and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support, and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop if you decide to grow your career with us.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Are you seeking a job that offers variety and is satisfying? Do you enjoy working with people and want to make a real difference? We currently have casual/relief opportunities for caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals to join our Bank support team in Milton of Campsie near Kirkintilloch.

Our Support Workers work in a flexible and customer-led manner that meets the needs and preferences of people we support, enabling them to live the life they choose.

You will need to be flexible, committed, and dedicated to supporting an individual who has complex autism, following a detailed care and support plan.
