Role Details:

We currently have a casual/relief opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our support team in East Kilbride. A UK driving licence is essential.

You will work flexibly to meet the needs and preferences of the people we support, enabling them to live the life they choose. This role involves supporting a gentleman with acquired brain injury in his home and daily life, mainly through social activities support, with some light housekeeping duties. Hours are generally during weekdays 11.30am - 6pm and Saturday 12pm - 5pm, with occasional variations for planned activities like music gigs. The individual supported enjoys activities such as swimming, chess, drives to the coast, cinema, cooking, and museums. A good sense of humor, commitment, and consistency are essential for building rapport.
